cpA. property management (previously known as Croydon Park Accommodations) has been established since the turn of the Millennium.
We aim to offer a superior personal service for our Clients (the Tenants and the Landlords), which should compare favourably with the established letting and property agencies.
Easy to say, but what does this entail?
We hate the age of the ‘call centre’ mentality in the service sector. When our Client’s telephone us, we want them to feel comfortable that the person taking their call will know them and will help them. By limiting the number of properties per each member of the Lettings Team, we can devote more time per property and Client. We welcome those with a professional outlook, who require service up to a standard.
To further help us achieve our goal, we use a state-of-the-art property management tool supplied by VTUK. This allows us to get those tedious internal administrative and accounting duties out of the way quickly.
Our office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, but we are happy to visit you or conduct viewings early evening or at weekends by prior arrangement. We’ll be as accommodating as we can. Our office is in Croydon, so we are never far away.
