Once a work schedule has been agreed and a figure for repairs has been given, DJ Developments will then arrange to obtain tenders and if need be demonstrate with the insurers that any figure they have provided as a settlement needs to be increased. This will insure an acceptable and realistic figure is agreed so DJ Developments can arrange for the works to be carried out to a professional and high standard, this also guarantees no corners are cut and that every insured peril is identified and claimed from the resulting damage. In most instances insurers will attempt to use a panelled contractor that they give volume work to in return for knock down rates, and needless to say you will get what they pay for.
