 Our Pre or Post Tenancy Cleaning Service is carried out by our team of fully trained, vetted and uniformed staff. Our exceptional standards and aim for 100% client satisfaction distinguishes us from ordinary house cleaning services. Replacement items are identified from the check out report compiled and noted by the independent inventory company’s check out report. We will then arrange to source such items and have them placed at the property, insuring all furnishings, equipment, linen and kitchen ware for furnished tenancies are maintained to a suitable level and standard for the next tenancy. Note items that are noted to the check out report as damaged or missing will be replaced at the cost of the outgoing tenant subject to items being accepted as ware and tear.

Bathrooms - Clean & disinfect toilets, bathtub, shower cubicles, sinks, tiles, mirrors, clean & wipe all tops and surfaces, inside & out cabinets, dust & wash skirting boards, vacuum carpet / mop floor & wipe door.
Bedrooms - Clean & wipe wardrobes, drawers inside & out, worktops and surfaces, picture frames, lamp shades, light switches, dust & wash skirting boards, vacuum carpet / mop wood floors & wipe door.
Receptions / Hallways - Furniture inside & out, picture frames, light fittings & switches, dust & wash skirting boards, vacuum carpet / mop floors & wipe door.
Also includes Ironing, cleaning internal windows, bed making, laundry services, tidying & shopping. |
